Pokémon Legends Arceus is now available worldwide. The new Game Freak title for Nintendo Switch has been consecrated from this moment as one of the most abundant games in content of the entire saga, at the height of titles like Pokémon Emerald or Platinum. This has been achieved by its huge amount of side quests (Requests), some of them important to know the lore; as well as the requirements to see the true ending. We tell you how many hours it has taken us to discover each of the endings and how many there are.
Warning: this article includes revelations from Pokémon Legends Arceus storyline. Spoilers ahead.
Pokémon Legends Arceus: how many endings does it have?
Pokémon Legends Arceus has three endings: the main ending (main campaign, to see the credits), the true ending (defeat a certain character and get THAT item) and the secret ending, which gives access to the showdown against the last Pokémon in the game.
First ending: you manage to defeat Hisui's five Noble Pokémon and restore order to the region after battling Dialga and Palkia. (About 20 hours).
Second ending (true ending): after completing the key missions of the endgame, you will face Volo, who will reveal his true intentions, in an absolutely memorable and difficult battle with a final surprise that surely no one saw coming: a second battle against Giratina. This is how you will obtain the Azure Flute, the item that will allow you to summon Arceus and thus capture the last Pokémon in the game, the creator of everything. (Around 30 hours).
Third ending (after completing the Pokédex): No matter how much you play the Azure Flute at the top of Mount Coronet, Arceus will not appear until you have captured all 241 Pokémon in the game. Including Spiritomb, which requires you to complete the Light Scrolls mission. A complicated battle awaits you, with action mechanics and subsequent combat -as if it were a Noble. If you manage to capture it, you will have all 242 Pokémon in the game and you will have finished the game with its true ending. (About 60 hours).

When focusing on the main objectives, Pokémon Legends: Arceus is about 25½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 78½ Hours to obtain 100% completion.
With Volo out of the way, the protagonist can complete their Pokédex and finally play the Azure Flute atop Mt. Coronet, which sends them into another dimension. It's here that the protagonist will finally meet Arceus and catch the titular Pokémon.
When players finish the entire Arceus Pokedex, they are rewarded with the Shiny Charm. However, the chances to find a Shiny Pokemon actually increase whenever players reach Level 10 on a given Pokemon's entry.
In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, the main objective is to complete the (first ever) Pokédex, for the Hisui region. But each Pokémon needs to be researched more thoroughly via a variety of tasks to be added as an entry, catching them won't just do the trick anymore.
The longest Pokémon game to date is the 2006 release, Diamond and Pearl, for the Nintendo DS. It clocks in at 40.5 hours, with 93 hours required to beat the main game plus extras, and 260 hours to complete. The Switch remakes are shorter, coming in at 26.5 hours.

Arceus arrives to collect the Jewel of Life from Marcus' scepter, but Sheena is fooled into betraying Arceus when the scepter is empty. Arceus is forced into a pit and is wounded by silver water and electrical attacks, which Arceus became vulnerable to after it gave Damos the jewel.
After catching Arceus and completing Request 102, Daybreak, players will unlock a special game type known as the Eternal Battle Reverie. To get started, they'll need to return to Jubilife Village and sleep in the bed in their lodgings.
If you have a perfect Pokédex entry for that Pokémon, then the general chance to find them Shiny doubles again to a 1/1024.38 chance. For mass outbreaks, it goes up to a 1/141.7 chance. Once you get the Shiny Charm item, the chances to find Shiny Pokémon increases yet again.
20 rare candies and 10 grit rocks. yay lol. it was a pretty big grind to get there considering I still needed over 5,000 research points even after getting every pokemon to research level 10. after that, you only get 10 or 15 points per research task so it takes hundreds more.
And once you manage to raise every Pokémon's Research Level to 10, you'll receive the Shiny Charm, which increases your odds of finding a Shiny Pokémon in the wild. You'll have some work to do before hitting those lofty milestones, though.
Interestingly, Pokemon Legends: Arceus didn't get paid DLCs or expansions despite it leaving many plot threads hanging, such as the odd time-traveling storyline involving Ingo from Pokemon Black and White or Alder's pictures found in a clan encampment.
The reason of their alliance is that, similar to the Pokémon, Volo too resented the supreme deity. Eventually, Volo became obsessed with finding Arceus and obtaining its powers to achieve his goal.
Volo uses Giratina to open the space-time rift and send Palkia into a frenzy with the intent of drawing out Arceus. Palkia sends the noble Pokemon into frenzies. Arceus summons the player to quell the frenzies. The player starts collecting plates by quelling the frenzied nobles while Volo grooms them into trusting him.
So how long does it take to beat Pokémon Legends: Arceus? If you focus mostly on reaching the first credits without going out of your way to catch new Pokémon or take on side quests, our experts say you can likely beat the game with about 25 - 30 hours of playtime.
Capture all 237 of Hisui's main Pokémon. You have to capture them, it's not enough to register them. You don't need to capture Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai or Shaymin. You can do these quests whenever you want (if you capture them you will have 241, Arceus as final Pokémon, 242 out of 242).
Completing your Pokédex in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is certainly a formidable task, but with enough determination, it is achievable. Remember these tips as you head out on your adventure, and you'll make Hisui region history.
Depends on the person and there's a lot of variables. I took note of when I did it, it took me 69 hours (lol). But if say, I used a walkthrough for certain things, like Pokemon locations and for Spiritomb I could've done it quicker. I've seen some people take over 100 hours though.
