It’s fair to say that Julian’s TV fame has increased the profile of Boroughbridge as a destination for visitors, who of course, spend with local businesses while in the area.

We understand that much of the filming in future series will be based around a new practice in Huddersfield, meaning Boroughbridge may get no further airtime once the current set of programmes has aired. Julian has been a good friend to the Town during his time with us, judging various competitions and events and supporting local businesses directly. Best wishes to Julian in his new job – he’s a sad loss to the Town.
